Having purchased this small two bedroom terraced house in the heart of Wandsworth Town as a young married couple, our clients desperately needed more space once their family began to grow. With the constraints of the ever increasing property prices in London, the clients decid to extend and reconfigure their home in order to create a modern family townhouse. Planning permission was granted for a side & rear extension, allowing for a generous open plan Kitchen Dining area, which links easily both to the Living area and the Garden. Permission was also approved for the existing ridge height to be raised, in order to accommodate additional bedrooms within the roof space. The new proposals increased the size of the property to four bedrooms with two bathrooms.
